Reference/Information Services

A reference librarian or trained associate is available to assist patrons with finding answers to questions, finding sources, or assistance with research in general in both print and electronic resources.

These associates are available during business hours at the at the Reference/Information Services desk next to the reference collection.

The reference collection contains resources (i.e., encyclopedias, atlases, etc.) that provide basic information in various areas and are only available for use in the Mack Library.

Sermon Catalog

This index provides a listing of all sermons found in books of the Mack Library collection.  This index may be accessed online.

Biography Catalog

This index provides names of individuals who may not be featured in the Mack Library’s catalog but are noted in chapters or sections of books found in the Mack Library collection.  This index supplements the biographical sources in reference such as the Biography and Genealogy Master Index.  This index may be accessed by a card file at the Reference/Information Services.
